WOMEN’S HEALTH
Our care for women including preconception counseling gynecology. We are happy to perform your annual “well-woman” physical exam. With an emphasis on preventive medicine and comprehensive medical assessments, while managing any ongoing chronic illnesses. Our annual “well-woman” exam addresses the whole person, going beyond just basic gynecological care.
OUR SERVICES
Chronic Disease Management
Treatment for Hypertension (high blood pressure), Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, GERD, and Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol). Screening for Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Lupus, and Gout.
Wellness Exams
Physical exam, pap smear, lab work, orders for Mammogram, DEXA, and referrals for Colonoscopy.
Pre-Surgical Exams
Physical Exam, EKG, and blood work.
Women’s Health
Screening for Breast, Ovarian, Cervical Cancer, Menstrual issues, Uterine Fibroids, and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Birth control prescription, and IUD removal.
Mental Health
Diagnosis and management for Anxiety, Depression, and Insomnia.
Weight Loss
Medical management for weight loss including BMI measurement, body measurements, medications (if applicable), fat burning injections, and diet plan.
Sick Visits
We diagnose and treat COVID-19 (mild infections), Strep Throat, Influenza, Ear Infections, Rash, Urinary Tract Infections, H. Pylori, and Bronchitis.
Walk in Services
Musculoskeletal Pain, Abdominal Pain, EKG, Asthma (mild), Headaches, Bacterial and Viral Infections, Yeast Infections, and Bacterial Vaginosis.
Medical Evaluations
Sports Physical, School Physical, Pre-employment Physical, and Drug Screening.
STD Screening
We diagnose and treat common STD’s such as Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Herpes. Screening and diagnosis for HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis services are also available.
Men’s Health
Wellness Exam, routine blood work, PSA, and Testosterone testing, and Colonoscopy referral.
Pediatrics
Sports Physical, Well Child Checks (we do not provide vaccines at this time), Acute Sick Visits for children 18 months and older.
Lab
COVID-19, Strep Throat, Influenza, Pregnancy, Mononucleosis, STD, Snellen Vision, and Titers (Varicella, Hepatitis B, MMR, TB).
Allergy Testing
We diagnose common food and environmental allergies via a comprehensive allergy screening panel.
Smoking Cessation
We provide counseling and medications (if applicable) to help you stop smoking.
