A message from Ashley…
I am happy to call Arizona my home and have lived here my whole life. I have built a life with my husband, and we have three amazing children. I enjoy cooking and baking, camping, practicing yoga, reading, playing games with my family, and tending to our chickens and small backyard garden. I am also very involved in my church and believe spirituality can play an important role in healing and overall well-being.
After years of working in bedside nursing, I am excited to transition into family practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my nursing career, I have been a strong patient advocate, and I believe that one of the most important aspects of being a healthcare provider is truly listening to patients, understanding their individual needs, and meeting them where they are in their health journey. I am passionate about helping patients take an active role in their health through preventive care, education, and early intervention to improve their quality of life.
Before becoming a nurse, I worked as a high school teacher, and that experience continues to shape my approach to patient care. Education is an important part of what I do, and I want my patients to feel informed, empowered, and confident in their healthcare decisions. My goal is to build trusting relationships with my patients, provide compassionate and personalized care, and help each person feel heard, supported, and equipped to take charge of their health.
